How do I add my pet's name?

On personalized products, click "Add your pet's name" on the product page, type the name (and phone number for ID tags), preview it, then add to cart. What you type is exactly what we print, so please double-check spelling.

Can I see a preview before I buy?

Yes. The personalization window shows a live preview of your design before you add it to your cart.

How long will my order take?

Personalized items take 2-5 business days to make, then 3-8 business days to arrive. Non-personalized items usually ship within 1-3 business days. See our shipping policy.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order personalized items by December 10 for the best chance of delivery before December 25.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?

Different items are made in different facilities, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because they're made just for you, personalized items can't be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy.

What size bandana or harness should I order?

Measure your dog's neck (bandana) or chest at the widest point (harness) and compare it with the size chart on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
