Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Every personalized item is made to order just for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Non-personalized items usually leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3-8 business days. Items in the same order may be made in different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order. Some items ship free, and shipping rates are always shown before you pay.

Holiday orders

For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please order personalized items by December 10. Orders placed after that date are made and shipped as quickly as possible, but delivery before Christmas can't be guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
